Organization
Manage the organization itself: its name and logo, the sign-in method and SSO, exporting your data, and deleting the organization.

The organization settings page is where you manage this organization. AssetCenter is designed to support multiple organizations associated with your email address.
Multiple organizations are useful if you use the same email address for several companies, as a consultant might. Larger companies may also use separate organizations for departments: the IT department has one organization and the vehicle department has another.
Current organization
The current organization card lets you add a logo to your organization or change its name.
Login
The login card lets you change the authentication method you use to sign in to AssetCenter. When you first sign up, you create an account using the built-in authentication system.
If your organization uses Google or Microsoft for single sign-on (SSO), switching is simple. With one click, Switch to Google or Switch to Microsoft replaces AssetCenter's built-in login with your chosen provider.
Before switching, make sure the email address you used to create your AssetCenter account is a Google address, or a work or school Microsoft address. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported. After making the change, you will not be able to sign in if your email provider is not Google or a work or school Microsoft account.
Export
The export card lets you export all of your data to Excel. It has four buttons to choose the data you want to export: Assets, Subscriptions, People or Locations.
Organization data
If you want to fully shut down your AssetCenter account, you can do so by deleting your organization.
If this is the only organization your email address is linked to, your user login account is deleted as well.
An organization can only be deleted if it does not have an active subscription. If you currently have a subscription, cancel it first and you will then be able to delete your organization. This cannot be undone.
