Yes. The Free account supports up to 25 available or deployed assets with no time limit and no credit card required. It is separate from the 14-day trials available on the paid plans.

Subscribe if you want to keep the paid plan's higher limits after 14 days. Otherwise, you can continue on the permanent Free account subject to its 25-asset limit.

Only assets that are available or deployed. Once an asset is retired, sold, lost, stolen or recycled it stops counting toward your limit, but it stays in AssetCenter with its full timeline and cost history intact. You never have to delete your history to stay inside a plan.

You are prevented from adding new assets until you either move up a plan or decommission assets you no longer hold. Nothing already in the system is deleted, hidden or restricted, and your team keeps working as normal.

Yes. On all three paid plans, the people, locations and software subscriptions you track are unlimited. Only assets, user seats and file storage are capped, so putting your whole staff list and every location into AssetCenter costs you nothing extra.

A seat is someone who signs in and uses AssetCenter: an administrator, an office manager, a supervisor. A person is someone you assign equipment to, whether or not they ever log in. You can assign assets to a thousand people on the Starter plan; only the people who need to use the software consume a seat.

All six are included with every paid plan: straight-line depreciation, asset aging and end of life, asset events, recurring subscription cost, the Location Map and the Assignment History Map. The three tabular asset reports export their filtered results to Excel. The reports are the one part of AssetCenter the Free account does not include.

The files you attach: receipts, invoices, manuals, warranty documents, inspection photos and the images on your asset, person and location records. Text records and timeline events themselves don't count against it.

Plans are billed monthly by card, processed by Stripe. Payment details, invoices and cancellation are handled through the Stripe billing portal, reachable from your account. If you need invoicing against a purchase order instead, get in touch.

Yes, an account administrator can switch plans from the plan selector inside AssetCenter. Your data, history and configuration are unaffected by the change.

At any time. Assets, people, locations and subscriptions export to Excel from inside the application, as do the straight-line depreciation, asset aging and asset events reports. There is no export request process and no charge for it.
