GPS tracking in the app
See tracked assets on the map in AssetCenter for iPhone and iPad, follow one live, and replay the route it took over a day or a period you choose.

If your organization uses GPS tracking, the GPS Tracking shortcut on Home shows where your tracked assets are. Organizations without it don't see the shortcut.
All your tracked assets
The map shows a pin for every tracked asset: green when its tracker is connected, red when it isn't. Tap a pin to pick out that asset in the list.
The All assets panel underneath says how many assets are reporting a position, and lists each one with:
- its tag, description and a green or red connection dot;
- the address of its last position, or No position reported;
- when that position was reported, its speed or Stationary, and the tracker's battery level.
The chevron hides the list to give the map more room. Tapping a row highlights the asset on the map; the arrow at the end of the row opens it for live tracking and replay. You can also pick an asset from Choose a tracked asset… at the top of the screen, and Show all goes back to every asset.
Following one asset live
With an asset selected, choose Live. The panel shows its last address, its speed or Stationary, when the position was reported, the battery level, and GPS Connected or GPS Disconnected. The position refreshes every 15 seconds while you watch.
Replaying a route
Choose Replay, then pick a Period. Custom lets you choose From and To dates; tap Show to load them. The panel says how many positions were reported, and the route appears on the map as a blue line, starting at a green pin and ending at a red one.
The player under the map steps through the route:
- drag the slider to any point, or use Previous point and Next point;
- Play runs through the route, and Pause stops it;
- the speed menu plays it at 0.5×, 1×, 2× or 4×.
Each point shows its time, its address, and the speed or whether the asset was stationary.
The panel also says how far back the asset's history goes. If it asks you to reconnect the tracker, replay will be available once the tracker is reconnected. If a period has no positions, the panel says No GPS positions were reported in this period.
When the screen won't load
GPS Tracking is not enabled for this organization. means GPS tracking isn't part of your organization's setup; see GPS tracking for how to get it. No assets currently have a GPS tracker connected. means it is set up, but no tracker is connected to an asset yet.
