List assets reaching end of life

List assets whose end-of-life date falls within a timeframe.

GET /api/v1/dashboard/assets-eol

Requires reports:read and assets:read. See dashboard report permissions.

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN and Accept: application/json.

Query parameters

timeframe string Optional
1, 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months ahead, or year for the rest of this calendar year. Defaults to 3.
already_eol boolean Optional
Send 1 to also include deployed assets that are already past end of life. Defaults to 0.
page integer Optional
The page of results to return. Starts at 1; defaults to 1.
per_page integer Optional
The maximum number of results per page. Accepts 1–100; defaults to 25.

Behavior and constraints

An asset’s end-of-life date is its acquisition date plus its category’s end-of-life months, so only assets with both appear. Decommissioned assets are left out. Results are ordered by end_of_life_date, soonest first.

Errors

401 means the token is missing, expired, revoked, or not a customer API token. 403 means a required permission or administrator access is missing. 422 identifies invalid or unsupported input; inspect the errors object when present. 429 means a rate limit was reached.
